YOUR SATISFACTION IS IMPORTANT TO US!
Christian Couture wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
We accept all new, unworn items for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return. Exchanges for in-stock items are fulfilled i n 3-5 days after we receive and process returned items.
HOLIDAY EXCEPTIONS: Items shipped between November 15th and December 25th can be returned or exchanged until January 31st.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 days.
We will gladly replace items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: Christian Couture Collection, PO Box 3237, Alpharetta GA 30023-3237, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return, or you are welcome to exchange the item for another of equal value. If an item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, a refund or gift certificate will be issued to the original purchaser.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
